The City of Nappanee is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Miriam Avenue Improvements, Located in Section 31, T-35-N, R-5-E, Union Township, Elkhart County.  This project includes street, bridge and drainage improvements. Receiving water are to the Nappanee Municipal Storm Sewer, to Berlin Court Ditch, to Turkey Creek-Kieffler Ditch, Elkhart River, St. Joseph River, to Lake Michigan.  Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to Mike Reese, PLA – Project manager at Troyer Group, 3930 Edison Lakes Parkway, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545, Phone (574) 259-9976.
