The City of Nappanee is submitting a Notice of Intent to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for reconstructing a one mile stretch of trail along Oakland Ave and McCormick Creek Golf Course, Located in Section 31 Township-35-North Range-5-East in Elkhart County, along Oakland Avenue, from Derksen Rd. to Woodview Dr. in Nappanee, Indiana 46550. This project includes trail improvements, lighting, and landscaping. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the city storm sewer system or adjacent ponds along the golf course.
