    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by GREGORY KRALIS Requesting An Amendment  To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an: Agricultural  District to an Agricultural 2  District,

    The Following Real Estate,  located on 3590 E 510 N,  Key #: 029-052-00 l.A,  029-052-00I.A I PT N  1/2 W 1/2 SW SE 13-33-6J10.02A PER DEED  Plain     

    And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:

    A tract of land in the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Plain Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    Commencing  at a railroad  iron at the Southwest corner of the Southeast  Quarter of said Section 13; thence  North  01°25'35" West (basis of bearings  established  by INDOT  VRS Base, using Indiana East NAD83  coordinate  system), along the West line of said Southeast  Quarter, 564.16 feet (recorded  588.47 feet) to a Walker cap pin at the intersection of the Westerly projection of the centerline of County Road 510 North; thence 88°34'51" East along the extension of said centerline, 667.51 feet to a Mag nail and the point of beginning; thence North 02°53'35" West 646.76 feet (recorded 646.70 feet) to a Broken Walker cap pin; thence North 87°42'39" West, 592.42 feet to a Walker cap pin; thence South 01°51 '16" East, 60.45 feet; thence South 88°38'43" West, 60.0 feet; thence South 01°25'35" East 624.48 feet to a Walker cap pin; thence North 88°34'51" East, 667.59 feet to the place of beginning, containing 10.02 acres more or less.

    This Change Is Requested  To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Agricultural 2 uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the: Commissioner's  Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw  On 03/02/2022 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.   Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.

SYRACUSE – David Hoover, 67, Milford, died Oct. 18, 2024. He was born May 18, 1957, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Raymond and Nona Kuhn Hoover. David married Randa Zink on Sept. 23, 1983; she survives.
