NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Plan Commission  of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on the following petition:

    Harvest Ridge, by Nick Brenner, requesting approval of rezoning from R-1/ Residential  to Residential Plan Unit Development,  which is to subdivide 30.5 acres into 91 lots.  The property is located northeast of Menard Inc on Sherwood Drive, Little John Lane, and Robinhood Drive.

    The hearing has been set for Monday, February 14, 2022 at 7 PM in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 102 S Buffalo St, Warsaw, Indiana.  Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal.

    The petition and file include a legal description of the property and drawings showing the layout or proposed lots and streets.  These may be examined in the office of the Plan Commission  in the City Hall in Warsaw, Indiana.

    Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Justin Taylor, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN  46580, (574) 372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
