    Notice Is Hereby Given,  That the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold a Public Hearing on a Petition Filed By Kosciusko  Development Inc Requesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the Following Real Estate, Key Number: 027-026-004

    027-036-0041  Pt N Pt Se 9-34-6 20.78A Per Deed

    And Described As Follows  on the 2nd page, To Wit:

    This original description is part of the property conveyed to John V. and Margaret K. Zimmerman in Document No. 2012010074 being a tract of land in Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 34 North, Range 6 East, Van Buren Township, Kosciusko County. Indiana and is from a survey by Christopher W. McCrea dated September 21, 2022. Job Number JK-22484 with John Kimpel & Associates and is more particularly described as follows:

Strycker property as recorded in Document Record 312, page 423 in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County; thence South 00°00'08" West, 127.89'to a McCrea capped pin; thence South 89°27'33'' West, 124.05 feet (recorded 124.37 feet) to a 5/8" dia. rebar stake; thence South 00°15'58" East, 8.70 feet (recorded 8.50 feet) to a Kimpel capped pin; thence South 89°27'33" West, along the North line of Beanland Subdivision and said North line extended,

640.16 feet (recorded 640.00 feet) to a McCrea capped pin marking the Northwest corner of said subdivision; thence North 00°16'31" West, along the West line of said Southeast Quarter, 1180.36 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 19.585 acres, more or less.
