Notice is hereby given that the Kosciusko Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on an appeal filed by Edd Allen requesting that the Area Plan Commission hear and make a determination on an appeal of Self Imposed Zoning Conditions Specifically, they are appealing:
Requesting to amend self imposed restrictive covenants associated to the rezoning request to originally rezone the property in question to commercial and as amended through cases 85142, 07001A, & 21001ZA by allowing modular homes sales and display as shown on the submitted site plan.
The property related to the appeal in question is on Key Number: 005-102-005
The hearing will be held on 01/04/2023 1:00 pm in the Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Through Case #ZA-2023-1
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Office, 100 W Center St, Rm 303 Warsaw In 46580, no later than 4:00 pm the day before the meeting.
