VantHoff; Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority; State of Indiana - Department of Revenue; Warsaw Health Systems, LLC d/b/a Kosciusko Community Hospital; and Any Unknown Occupants, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on February 28, 2023, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, on zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
