    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2204-MF-000027, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for Legacy Mortgage Asset Trust 2020-RPL1 was Plaintiff, and Phillip C. Brown, II, AKA Phillip C. Brown, BankUnited, National Association successor of  BankUnited, F.S.B., Warsaw Health System, LLC and Communitywide Federal Credit Union were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 24th day of January, 2023, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., with a closing time of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot Number Ten (10) in Boss' Addition (also called Boss' First Addition) to the Town, now City of Warsaw; and running thence East Fifty-six (56) feet; thence North One Hundred sixty (160) feet; thence West fifty-six (56) feet; thence South along the West line of said Lot Number Ten (10), One hundred Sixty (160) feet to the place of beginning.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
