    YOU  ARE  HEREBY   NOTIFIED   that  Plaintiffs   have   filed  an  action  for  adverse possession of the real estate in this matter.   The real estate which is the subject of this action is described as follows:

    A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township  33 North, Range  7 East,  Tippecanoe  Township,  Kosciusko  County,  Indiana,  more particularly  described  as follows,  to-wit:  Commencing  at a P.K.  nail in County Road 650 North at the Northwest  corner of the Southeast  Quarter of said Section 8; thence East 825.4 feet (recorded); thence South, 1572.7 feet (recorded);  thence South  56  degrees  04  minutes  West,  337.2  feet  (recorded);   thence  North  87 degrees  18  minutes  West,  264.7  feet  (recorded);  thence  North  78  degrees  00 minutes  West, 119.5 feet (recorded);  thence South 06 degrees  44 minutes  West, 450.00 feet to a 1/2-inch iron pin in concrete; thence North 58 degrees  37 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance  of 30.00 feet to mag nail; thence South 63 degrees 42 minutes 03 seconds East, a distance of 54.55 feet to a mag nail; thence South 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 29.50 feet to a mag nail found at the most  Easterly  corner  of a tract of land as recorded  in Document  Number 2016010116  in the records  of Kosciusko  county, Indiana,  said  mag nail being a the true Point of Beginning; thence continuing  South  45 degrees  00 minutes  00 seconds  East,  on  and  along  the  Northeasterly  line  of  said  Document  Number 2016010116  extended,  a distance  of 20.50 feet to a 1/2-inch iron pin in concrete found at the most northerly corner of a tract of land as recorded in Document Number 2016030242 in said records; thence south 65 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west, on and along the northwesterly line of said document number 2016030242, a distance of 43.57 feet to the point of intersection with the southeasterly line of document number 2016010116; thence north 37 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds east, on and along said southeasterly line, a distance of 41.33 feet to the point of beginning, said to contain per survey, 0.01 acres of land, more or less.

    If you claim any interest in the real estate herein, you or representative must file a response to Plaintiff's Complaint within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this notice. If you fail to respond, the Court may grant the relief sought by plaintiff.
