Allardt, for STORAGE PRIME, proposed storage buildings located on the South side of Commerce Drive, about 200 feet Southwest of U.S. Highway Number 30, in the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, has prepared a construction/storm water pollution prevention plan for this project in conformance with Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP), and effective on December 18, 2021, by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. The receiving waters is the Beyer-Brady Drain. The contents of this plan have been submitted to the City of Warsaw for their review. This office is responsibl e for monitoring conformance with the Plan. Said Plan is available for review by the public at the developer's office at 400 S Walnut Street, Suite 120, Muncie, Indiana, 47305, or call 765-288-8493. Starting date for this project is September 2022.
