    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by ROBERT  STOUDER Requesting  An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an: Public Use District to an Residential District,

    The Following Real Estate,  located on

    202 E BENTON ST      Key#: 008-019-134.A     

    008-019-134.A  I Tr Se Sw 5-34-7 0.15a       Turkey Creek     

    And Described As Follows  on the 2nd page, To Wit:

    A tract of land in the southwest quarter of section 5, township 34 north, range 7 east, in Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, bounded on the southeast by Benton Street in the Town of Syracuse, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:

    Commencing at the most easterly corner of lot number twenty (20) in the original plat of the Town of Syracuse; thence south 38 degrees 15 minutes east, 15 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar and the point of beginning; thence south 38 degrees 15 minutes east, 115.5 feet to the northwest boundary of Benton Street, said point being marked by a chiseled "X" in a concrete walk; thence south 51 degrees 58 minutes west along the said northwest boundary of Benton street, 56.0 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence North 38 degrees 15 minutes west, 115.5 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence north 51 degrees 56 minutes east, 56.0 feet to the point of beginning.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Residential  Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.

    This Hearing Will Be Held In The: Commissioner's  Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw  On Wednesday 09/07/2022    At 1:00 P.M.   All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.
