The Following Real Estate, located on 108 E SYCAMORE ST Key #: 018-066-078

And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:
Lot Number Sixty-eight (68) in Sells Addition to the Town plat of Silver Lake Ville, now known as Silver Lake, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 372, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Subject to any and all casements, rights-of-way, streets, highways, and valid restrictions presently existing and of record, any rights of tile and drainage ditches, and any zoning Laws and ordinances applicable hereto.
