And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:
Commencing on the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section twenty-three (23), Township thirty-one (3 I) North, Range seven (7) East, running thence North on section line ten (I0) rods, thence West eight (8) rods, thence South ten (10) rods, thence East eight (8) rods to the place of beginning, containing eighty (80) rods, more or less.
