Hicks in Document Number 202201187 recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana being a tract of land in the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 31 North, Range 6 East, Clay Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana and is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a P.K. nail at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22 being within the right-of-way of County Road 700 South; thence North 89°41'36" East, along the North line of said Northeast Quarter and within said right-of-way, 193.40 feet to a Mag nail with McCrea washer; thence South 00°52'13" East, parallel with the West line of said Northeast Quarter, 325.00 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence South 89°41'36" West, parallel with said North line, 193.40 feet to a McCrea cap pin on said West line; thence North 00°52'13" West, along said West line, 325.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.44 acres more or less.
