Funeral services will be Saturday, Aug. 27 at Eel River Community Church of the Brethren, Silver Lake, at 2:30 p.m. with viewing beginning at 12:30 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana, 6316 Mutual Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46825.
The family has entrusted McKee Mortuary with final arrangements.
