Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Bill Rodgers, requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit Duplex Rental Status, on his property which is located at 1311 Wooster Rd., more particularly described as follows:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 29th day of August, 2022 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
