Notice is hereby given that QDI REALTY, LLC of 4220 Edison Lakes Parkway, Mishawaka IN 46545, is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Section 3.7(a)(2) of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with ‘PAPA VINO’S’ restaurant located at 2640 Escalade Way, in the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana 46582. The project site area of 2.62 acres will discharge to the existing City of Warsaw Municipal Stormwater System within Escalade Way.
