Demolition of the former Steak N’ Shake at 2455 Jalynn St., Warsaw, started Tuesday. Steak N’ Shake closed its doors in Warsaw in March 2019. The location will be the site of a second Culver’s restaurant. Culver’s first Warsaw location is at 852 N. Parker St. and has been open since about 2011. In February, Culver’s co-owner Kevin Ray said the old Steak N’ Shake building would be demolished and the new Culver’s will need to employ anywhere from 50 to 90 people, depending on sales. As for an opening date, he said tentatively October or November this year
