And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:
COUNTY REFERENCED BRONZE MARKERS WERE RECOVERED AND HELD AT BOTH THE SOUTHWEST CORNER AND THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 22, THE SOUTH QUARTER POST FALLS WITHIN "HERON LAKE", A STONE WAS RECOVERED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 22 AS DOCUMENTED AND RECORDED IN LEGAL SURVEY BOOK #4 PAGE 168 IN THE RECORDS OF THE KOSCIUSKO COUNTY SURVEYOR, A WOOD CORNER BEING 999.00 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER OF SAID SECTION, THE CENTER OF THE SECTION WAS A RE-ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE DIMENSIONS OF 1306.50 FEET WEST OF THE STONE AND 999.00 FEET SOUTH OF THE POST AS CALLED FOR IN SAID LEGAL SURVEY. THE SOUTH QUARTER POST WAS RE-ESTABLISHED (CALCULATED) BY SPLITTING A SNAPPED LINE BETWEEN THE SOUTH WEST AND SOUTHEAST CORNERS OF SAID SECTION. THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER WAS ESTABLISHED ON THE SOUTH SECTION LINE BY EQUAL MATHEMATICAL SPLITS. A RAILROAD SPIKE (COUNTY REFERENCED) WAS RECOVERED MARKING THE WEST QUARTER POST OF SAID SECTION. THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER WAS REPRODUCED BY HOLDING 1306.00 FEET WEST OF THE ENTER OF THE SECTION AS DOCUMENTED AND RECORDED INN LEGAL SURVEY BOOK #3 PAGE 131 IN THE RECORDS OF THE KOSCIUSKO COUNTY SURVEYOR. A 1 INCH IRON PIPE WAS RECOVERED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT TRACT ON THE WEST LINE OF THE EAST HLF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER ND BEING 990.00 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH SECTION LINE AS CALLED FOR IN DEED RECORD 167 PAGE 425 (SMITH TO TRESTRIAL DATED NOVEMBER 15, 1948) THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT TRACT WAS A RE-SET ON THE HALF SECTION LINE 990.00 FEET FROM THE SOUTH QUARTER POST. A 5/8 INCH IRON REBAR WAS SET ON THE SUBJECT SOUTH LINE (SOUTH LINE OF SECTION) NEAR THE WEST MARGIN OF 'HERON LAKE" (SEE PLAT OF SURVEY)
This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Agricultural uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
This Hearing Will Be Held in the: Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw On 05/04/2022, At 1:00 P.M.
All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
