NOTICE OF HEARING ON ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION

    Notice is hereby given to the residents and taxpayers of the City of Warsaw, Indiana (the “City”), that the Common Council of the City will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., local time, on Monday, May 2, 2022, in the Common Council Chambers at City Hall located at 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, on the matter of appropriating revenues received by the imposition of the income tax authorized pursuant to Indiana Code 6-3.6-6-9. Such appropriation will be in an amount not to exceed $250,000 to fund the Economic Development Revolving Fund established by the Common Council pursuant to Resolution No. 2020-09-04 (the “Resolution”) for the purpose of Economic Development Incentives. Said appropriation is in addition to any appropriations provided for in the existing budget and tax levy. At said public hearing, all persons shall have the right to appear and be heard on the necessity of said appropriation.
