Lots Numbered 428 and 427B in the Plat of Enchanted Hills, Section 1, a subdivision in Kosciusko County, Indiana, recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 120, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Commonly known as: 11538N CANDYCANE LANE, CROMWELL, IN 46732
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: Unknown Heirs, Devisees of Steve Rookstool
In addition, to the above-named defendants being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
An answer or other appropriate response in writing to the Complaint must be filed either by you or your attorney with the Clerk of the Court for Kosciusko County at:
