NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY

    Michael & Melanie Smith of 8416 E 200 N Pierceton, IN 46562, are submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Smith Storage Storage Buildings in Pierceton, IN.  Run-off from the project site is tributary to the Grassy Creek-Big Barbee/Sechrist Lakes sub-basin.
