Altrusa Initiates Three New Members

At their meeting Thursday, Altrusa International of Warsaw initiated three new members.  

Membership Committee Co-Chair Mary Garrett conducted the initiation ceremony for Haley Donahue, Tara Phillips and Rachel Miller.  The three were sponsored by Vicky Patterson, Kosciusko REMC’s executive assistant/human resources manager. KREMC hosts Altrusa’s meetings on the first Thursday of each month.

The three new members and their sponsor are all employed by KREMC.  Donahue is member service representative, Phillips is KREMC’s billing/accounts payable representative and Miller works as their administrative/payroll/finance specialist.  

Altrusa International is an international nonprofit organization making local communities better through members’ leadership, partnership and service.

Members welcomed the new members and celebrated all their April birthdays following the initiation. The club’s next meeting will take place April 21 at 5:30 p.m. at Pizza Hut, 502 N. Detroit St., Warsaw.  Anyone interested in serving the Warsaw area community are invited to attend.
