The Board of Trustees of the Turkey Creek Regional Sewer District ("District") will hold a public hearing on October 18th, at 7:00 pm at 4852 N 1200 W, Cromwell, IN. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comment on modifications and additions to the District's rates and charges in accordance with IC 13-26 et seq. The rates and charges the District proposes to change are shown below. All users of the works and owners of property served or to be served and others interested shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed changes.

The following amendment to Turkey Creek Regional Sewer District Amended and Restated Sewer Rate Ordinance ("Ordinance") (as it relates to rates and charges), are as follows and the following section is added to the Ordinance:
3.4 The District is in the process of planning and financing the construction of Sewage Works to the Eastshore/Northshore Service Area ("ESNS Project"). Pursuant to IND.CODE§§13-26-11-5, in order to produce an amount sufficient to meet the expenses and costs of the District payable prior to the completion of the ESNS Project, the Eastshore/Northshore Service Area Owners of each and every lot, parcel of real estate or building required to be connected with the District's Sewage Works in the ESNS Project upon completion, shall pay (as determined by the ultimate User status) an amount sufficient to pay the expenses and cost of the District and its billing (the "Interim Rate"). The Interim Rate shall be $31.05 per month per ESFDU. The Interim Rate Charge shall begin the first month after the ESNS Project is let and actual work commenced. A full list of the Interim Rate charges per ESFDU are described on the attached "Schedule of Temporary Rates and Charges" Table 3. Beginning with the first full month after the sanitary sewers for the Eastshore/Northshore Service Area customers (as a result of the ESNS Project) are available for connection and use to any lot, parcel of real estate or building, the customers/Users/Owners of the Eastshore/Northshore Service Area who are required to be connected shall then be subject to the Schedule of Rates and Charges on Table 1.
• Section II was deleted in its entirety as not applicable to the District's operations.
• Garages were added for clarity to the "Residential" use.
