The Kosciusko County Drainage Board held a public hearing on September 23, 2021, at 9:00 AM on the following joint drain to increase annual maintenance:

The Drainage Board approved the advertised assessment rate of $15.00 per acre with a $50.00 minimum for Residential Properties and $50.00 per acre with a $150.00 minimum for Non-Residential Properties with 4 year collection balance for 5 years – after the 5 years the rate will be $10.00 per acre with a $50.00 minimum for Residential Properties and $25.00 per acre with a $100.00 minimum for Non-Residential Properties with a 4 year collection balance.
The findings and order of the Board are available for inspection in the office of the Kosciusko County Surveyor.
