    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Jeff Strombeck Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agricultural to Commercial District, The Following Real Estate, located on the North side of 500 N, North Webster Key Number: 005-060-002 in Tippecanoe Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A tract of land in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, Tippecanoe Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    Commencing at a Harrison monument at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, being within the right-of -way of State Road 13; thence North 00°49'25" West, (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Ease, using Indiana East NAD83 coordinate system) along the East line of said Southeast Quarter and within said right-of-way 518.41 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 88°57'33" West, parallel with the South line said Southeast Quarter 667.67 feet to a McCrea cap pin; North 00°49'20" West, 1302.80 feet to a McCrea cap pin on the South line of Scott Anderson and Berg Anderson's property as described in Document #2008080995 recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence North 88°36'58" East; along the South line of said Anderson property, 667.67 feet to a Mag nail at the Southeast corner of said Anderson property and on the East line of said Southeast Quarter and within said right-of-way; thence South 00°49'25" East, along said East line and within said right-of-way 1306.79 feet to the Point of  Beginning, containing 20.00 acres more or less.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Commercial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday October 6, 2021 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
