You are hereby notified that on the 26th day of October, 2021 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 2nd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Colin Ridenour and Brooke Ridenour for vacation of a platted 20' utility easement within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
10' on each side of the following described line: Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 7 in the Plat of Cripplegate Crossing as recorded in Plat Book 14, page 20 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, thence southerly along the southwest line of said Lot 121.6' to the centerline of a platted 20' utility easement and the POINT OF BEGINNING: thence north 74 degrees, 04 minutes, 56 seconds east to the northeast line of said Lot.
