TO THE CITIZENS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY INDIANA
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed with the County Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana by Whitney B. Clark, requesting the vacation by ordinance of a certain undeveloped and unimproved right-of-way located in Pence & Harman's Chapman Lake Park, and more particularly described as follows:
A part of Oakland Drive in Pence & Harman's Chapman Lake Park as recorded at Book 3, Page 166 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana on or about October 2, 1947, more particularly as follows: beginning at the northeast corner of lot 4, thence Southeasterly a distance of 30 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of Lot 19; thence southerly along the north line of lots 19 and 20, extended, a distance of 120 feet to the northeast corner of lot 7 in Maple Grove Addition (book 5, page 53) thence westerly along the north line of said lot 6 a distance of 30 feet to the southeast corner of lot in Pence & Harman's Chapman Lake Park; thence northeasterly along the south line of lot 6, 5, and 4 to the point of beginning.
You are hereby notified that the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana, has set the above petition for hearing at 9:15 o'clock on September 28, 2021, at the Commissioner's Room, Old Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Any person may appear and be heard upon the petition at the time, date and place above scheduled for hearing and/or may send written comments or response to the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, prior the above time and date set for hearing.
After hearing, the petition may be granted, denied or continued, and an ordinance may be introduced and passed according to law, providing for the vacation of said estate.
