The rain didn’t keep all the Halloween trick-or-treating faithful from the Downtown Warsaw Spooktacular Friday night. With hopes of Reese’s, Kit Kats and more sweets, kids of all ages walked from businesses to tents and vehicle trunks during the one-hour event. There also was the annual costume contest. Sponsors of the annual Downtown Warsaw Spooktacular include Warsaw Community Development Corporation, city of Warsaw, Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club and Miller’s Merry Manor.
