PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Leesburg, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said municipal corporation at their regular meeting place at the Leesburg Town Hall, 102 South Pearl Street, Leesburg, IN 46538, at 6:30 p.m. on November 8, 2021, will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year:
FUND # FUND NAME FUND # APPROPRIATION AMOUNT
213 E.D.I.T. 432 Curbs and Gutters $40,000.00
Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have a right to be heard thereon. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance. The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
