A Petition Filed by MARK & LEANN HUBBS Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an: Residential District to an Commercial District.
The Following Real Estate, located on

Lots numbered 19 and 20 in Himes Addition, Tippecanoe township, in the Town of North Webster, Indiana as recorded in plat book 4, page 82, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Also, the south half of this vacated alley lying adjacent to the north line of said lot 20 as vacated in ordinance 88-2, dated August 10, 1988, recorded September 21, 1988, in miscellaneous record 79, page 107, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Also, a tract of land being a portion of lot number 21 and a portion of the north half of said vacated alley in Himes Addition to North Webster, Indiana, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin marking the southwest corner of the north half of said vacated alley; thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes east (assumed bearing), along the centerline of said vacated alley, 165.9 feet to an iron pin and on the west line of Lura Mae street, 35.0 feet to an iron pin; thence south 78 degrees 08 minutes west, 154.97 feet to the point of beginning.
This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Commercial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
This Hearing Will Be Held in the: Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw On 11/03/2021 At 1:00 P.M.
