    Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Lucas Ellsworth requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards to request a Allowance for a transition of materials, 50 feet of hard surface and gravel the remainder of the driveway on property located at 850 S. Logan Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

    This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, 10/25/2021, at 7:00:00 PM.  All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.  Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.  Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Justin Taylor, 102 S.
