CASEY COOPER WARD, an adult,  PETITIONER.

CAUSE NO.  43C01-2111-MI-000151

    You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the Kosciusko Circuit Court under Cause Number 43C01-2111-MI-000151 whereby Petitioner, Casey Cooper Ward, has requested that his name be changed to Casey Cooper Katzer. Said Petition was filed on the 29th day of November 2021.  Any person objecting to said name change may appear at the hearing and file written objections thereto.  Hearing in this cause will be conducted before the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, on the 21st day of January, 2022 at 9:30 o’clock a.m.  Should you fail to appear the matter may be heard and determined in your absence.
