LEGAL NOTICE

    This notice is published pursuant to Indiana Code 35-47-3-2.

    The Kosciusko County Sheriff's Office will conduct a public auction beginning December 8, 2021.

    The auction will include firearms. Disposition of any firearm goes to the highest bidder who is lawfully eligible to receive and posses firearms pursuant to law.

    Notice of this auction, together with a list of all abandoned property (including firearms), will be posted at the Kosciusko County Courthouse and the Sheriff's Office lobby.
