Heritage Gathering Primitives & Antiques Show Is Back

By Staff Report-

PIERCETON – The Pierceton Chamber of Commerce is again sponsoring the annual Holiday Primitives and Antique show.

The show is Dec. 4 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at  Pierceton Elementary School. All vendors are juried, which promotes the best primitives and antiques from all over Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio, according to a provided news release. The best antiques and primitive handmade vendors are looked for to offer visitors. This, in turn, has made this show one of the best primitive shows in Northern Indiana, the release states.

There are many vendors to browse to collect the perfect gifts or decorating items for your home. During the show, W.I.O.E. Oldies 101.1 radio station will be there with a live remote broadcasting.

At 11 a.m., Kerry Hippensteel will be instructing visitors on how to decorate with greenery. He is a professional landscaper and antique dealer. Don’t forget to take home some fresh kettle corn popping just outside the doors. Refreshments will be available, sponsored by the Pierceton Chamber of Commerce.

Be sure to shop local in Pierceton on Ind. 13. The shops will be decked out for Christmas and are ready to supply you with unique gifts for your friends and family on your list. Stop by and shop local at these participating shops: Homespun House, Beyond the Barn, Kelsea Designs, Purr-fectly Unique Jewelry, Blue Pearl Antiques.
