You are hereby notified that Petitioner, Dianna Tetrick, has petitioned the Kosciusko Circuit Court on October 20, 2021 to order the Kosciusko County Auditor to issue a tax deed to Petitioner, the purchaser of a tax sale certificate for certain property described below at tax sale. The below described property was not redeemed on or before October 19, 2021 thereby entitling Petitioner to a tax deed.
You are hereby notified that you have thirty (30) days from date of filing of the petition to file an objection and to request a hearing before the Judge of the Kosciusko Circuit Court, 121 N. Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 if you wish to contest Petitioner’s request. Unless you request such a hearing, in person or by counsel, the Court will order the Kosciusko County Auditor to issue a tax deed to the property to Petitioner. This notice is being specifically directed to the above-named parties with respect to certain real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
Lots Numbered Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20) in Pfeiffer-Veach Addition on Sawmill Lake, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 403, in the Office of the Reorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Together with the Fourteen (14) by Fifty (50) foot public alley way located between the above lots as vacated in Ordinance Number 97-3V, dated April 1, 1997, recorded April 7, 1997 as Instrument No. 97-04-0303, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Together with the Northeasterly half of the public alley way located Southwesterly and adjacent to said Lot 19 above, as vacated in Ordinance Number 16-04-19-001 VAC, recorded April 19, 2016 as Instrument No. 2016040595 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
