In compliance with Rule 5, notice is hereby given that Mark Schwartz, 10746 W 1100 N, Nappanee, IN 46550 is submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge storm water from construction activities for the construction of a Warehouse Building on his property located, 10746 W 1100 N, Nappanee, IN 46550 in Section 15 of Scott Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. Runoff from the construction site will discharged overland into Dausman Ditch watershed.
