You are hereby notified that on the 6th day of December, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Warsaw City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by The Darlene Holsclaw Revocable Trust and the David C. Holsclaw Revocable Trust for vacation of public ways in the Plat of Kist's Northern Addition to the City of Warsaw, within the corporate limits of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows:
a. The east-west alley adjacent to Out Lot 21 in the Plat of Kist's Northern Addition to the City of Warsaw located in Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana and recorded in Plat Book 1, page 31, more particularly described as follows:
From the west line of Out Lot 21 extended north to the east line of Out Lot 21 extended north.
b. The north-south alley adjacent to Lots 36-39 in the Plat of Kist's Northern Addition to the City of Warsaw located in Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana and recorded in Plat Book 1, page 31, more particularly described as follows:
From the south line of Lot 36 extended east to the north line of Lot 39 extended east.
