You are hereby notified that on the 23rd day of November, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall, 310 N. Huntington Street, Syracuse, Indiana, the Town Council of Syracuse, Indiana will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by The Ted Christofolis Revocable Trust, for vacation of an unimproved alley, being a public way in the Plat of Strombeck and Weaver's Second Addition to Syracuse, within the limits of Syracuse, Indiana and described as follows, to-wit:
All that portion of the east-west alley in the Plat of Strombeck and Weaver's Second Addition to Syracuse adjacent to Lot 12 in said addition, from the east line of Lot 12 extended north to the east right-of-way of Front Street extended north.
