You are hereby notified the Defendants, Russell G. Adams, Sandra Sue Adams, and All Heirs and Claimants Known and Unknown of Russell G. and Sandra Sue Adams, are being sued by First Federal Savings Bank in the above captioned matter in the Kosciusko Circuit/Superior Court, Kosciusko County, State of lndiana.
The nature of the suit is a civil action wherein the plaintiff has filed a Complaint on a Promissory Note and for Mortgage Foreclosure demanding judgment on a promissory note and the foreclosure of a mortgage on the defendant at the property located at 8567 E. Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, Indiana 46555, in Kosciusko County, Indiana which property is more particularly described as follows to- wit:
Tract in the Northeast Fractional Quarter of Section II, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, in Tippecanoe Township: Beginning 36 rods North of that point where the South line of the Flat Belly Reserve crosses the North and South open line of said Section and running thence North 8 rods; thence East 150.00 feet; thence South 8 rods; thence West 150.00 feet to the place of beginning.
ALSO:
Fifteen (15) feet off of the entire North side of the following described tract in the Northeast Fractional Quarter of Section 11, Township 33 North, Range 7 East in Tippecanoe Township; Beginning 32 rods North of that point where the South line of the Flat Belly Reserve crosses the North and South open line of said Section and running thence North 4 rods,· thence East 150.00 feet; thence South 8 rods,· thence West 18.00 feet, thence North 4 rods to a point 8 rods East of the place of the beginning, thence West 8 rods to the place of beginning.
MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 8567 E. Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, Indiana, 46555.
This Summons by Publication and Notice is specifically direct to the Defendants, Russell G. Adams and Sandra Sue Adams, both deceased, and All Heirs and Claimants Known and Unknown of Russell G. Adams and Sandra Sue Adams, whose whereabouts are unknown. You must answer or other wise respond to the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the last notice of the action is published, and in case you fail to do so, Judgment by Default may be entered against you for the relief demanded by the plaintiff in the Complaint.
If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising out of the transaction of occurrence that is the subject matter of the plaintiff's claim, you must assert it in your written answer.
