Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw, Indiana, Redevelopment Commission (the “Commission”) will conduct a public hearing on June 7, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. local time, in the Council Chambers at Warsaw City Hall, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, to consider a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 2018-09-01 previously adopted by the Commission (the “2018 Resolution”) that established the Consolidated Northern Economic Development Area (the “Economic Development Area”) and adopted an economic development plan for the Economic Development Area (the “Plan”). The proposed amendment, which has been preliminarily approved by resolution of the Commission adopted on May 3, 2021 (the “2021 Resolution”), would amend the 2018 Resolution and the Plan to designate Cross PVD UV Coating and Finishing Corporation as a designated taxpayer pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-14-39.3 all as further described in the 2021 Resolution.
Written remonstrances against the proposed amendment may be filed by no later than 2:30 p.m. local time on June 7, 2021, in the office of the Commission, Warsaw City Hall, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
At the public hearing, the Commission will hear any person interested in the proceedings and will consider all written remonstrances and objections that have been filed and will determine the public utility and benefit of the proposed amendment. The 2021 Resolution and maps and plats for the Economic Development Area can be inspected at the office of the Commission at the address listed above.
