Notice is hereby given that the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a public hearing on an appeal filed by Amber Real Estate requesting that the Board of Zoning Appeals hear and determine the correct interpretation of section 1201 of the Rules of Procedure regarding Procedure to handle re-petitions requests. Specifically staffs determination that the request filed by the petitioner to rezone a parcel of ground was the same or very similar to a previous decision acted on and recommended for denial by the Area Plan Commission and County Commissioners and that the case will not be scheduled for public hearing.
The property in question is on Key Number 029-050-001.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 in the Justice Building Multi-Purpose Meeting room 121 N Lake St, Warsaw at 8:30 am. Case # 21001A.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Witten comments will be considered if they are received in the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Office, 100 W Center St, Rm 303 Warsaw In 46580, no later that 4:00 pm the day before the meeting.
