YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 21st day of January, 2021, the above-named Plaintiffs, by their attorney, Daniel H. Hampton (#13992-43), Prosecuting Attorney of Kosciusko County, Indiana, 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, and with telephone #574-372-2419, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Kosciusko County, Indiana, their Complaint, which Complaint was in regards to a certain seizure in the aggregate amount of two thousand five hundred ninety-nine dollars and five cents ($2,599.05) which occurred on or about December 2, 2020.
The nature of the suit is based upon the Plaintiffs' prayer for judgment against Nancy Zimmerman for the forfeiture of the aggregate sum of two thousand five hundred ninety-nine dollars and five cents ($2,599.05), and upon forfeiture, as provided for in Indiana Code
34-24-1-1/34-24-2-2.
You must respond to the Complaint for Forfeiture on or before thirty (30) days after the third and last publication of this notice, and if you fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Forfeiture.
