Aludyne North America LLC (Pierceton) (with corporate offices located at 300 Galleria Officentre, Suite 501, Southfield, MI 48034) is submitting a Notice of intent letter for our facility (located at 5 Arnolt Drive, Pierceton, IN 46562) to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Run-off from the facility will discharge to the wetland north of Arnolt Drive and South of US 30 in the vicinity of the Pierceton Industrial Park.
