REGISTRATION ENVIRONMENTAL NOTIFICATION.
The County of Kosciusko, Indianan is proposing to construct a single public safety communications tower at each of the following locations.
1. Form 854 File Number A1177396, East Parcel ID 003-056-003, Wayne Township, commonly located at 2936 E Old Rd 30, Warsaw, Indiana, Lattice Tower, 300 feet, Medium Intensity Red Lighting.
2. Form 854 File Number A1177393, Southeast quarter Parcel ID 007-075-004,Turkey Creek Township, commonly located at 10124 North 400 East, Syracuse, Indiana Lattice Tower, 300 Feet, Medium Intensity Red Lighting.
3. Form 854 File Number A1177395, Southwest quarter Parcel ID 001-068-003.Clay Township, commonly located at 2024 West 700 South, Claypool, Indiana, Lattice Tower, 400 feet, Medium Intensity Red Lighting.
Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the Form 854 File Number. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission. The Federal Communications Commission strongly encourages interested parties to file Requests for Environmental Review online, and instructions for making such filings can be found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest; or the mailing address for interested parties that would prefer to file a Request for Environmental Review by paper copy: FCC Requests for Environmental Review, Attn: Ramon Williams, 445 12th Street SW, Washington, DC 20554.
