    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Gayle Pereira Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Commercial District to an Industrial 2 District, The Following Real Estate, located on West side of Indiana Ave. and 200’ S of County Line Rd Key #: 008-021-002.e in Turkey Creek Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A tract of land being located in the north quarter of section 6 and in the northwest quarter of section 5, both ini township 34 north, range 7 east, 2nd p.m., Turkey creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    Commencing at the northeast corner of the northeast quarter of said section 6, said point being a railroad spike in County road 1400 North; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west, along the north line of said northeast quarter and along County Road 1400 north, 258.38 feet; thence southerly and southwesterly along a curve to the right, 444.35 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar, said curve having a radius of 1410 feet and subtended by a chord 442.52 feet along on a bearing of south 11 degrees 57 minutes 17 seconds west, said 1/2 inch iron bar being the Point of Beginning; thence south 69 degrees 01 minutes 00 seconds east, 450.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar on the westerly right of way of State highway #13; thence southwesterly along said highway line and along a curve to the right 595.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar, said curve having a radius of 1860.00 feet and subtended by a chord 592.47 feet along on a bearing of south 30 degrees 08 minutes 50 seconds west; thence north 44 degrees 13 minutes 50 seconds west, 453.80 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence northeasterly along a curve to the left of 400.00 feet to the point of beginning, said cure having a radius of 1410.00 feet and subtended by a chord 398.11 feet along on a bearing of north 29 degrees 06 minutes 36 seconds east.

    Commencing at a railroad spike marking the northeast corner of said northeast quarter; thence west 258.36 feet, along the north line of said northeast quarter and county road 1400 north; thence southwardly, 806.77 feet, along a cure to the right having a chord bearing of south 19 degrees 2 minutes 09 seconds west, a chord distance of 797.73 feet, and radius of 1410 feet, to a rebar; thence south 36 degrees 49 minutes 35 seconds west, 29.36 feet, to a rebar at the Point of beginning of this description; seconds continuing long the last described bearing, 6.04 feet, to a rebar; thence south 44 degrees 12 minutes 46 seconds east, 453.89 feet, to a rebar on the westerly right of way of State Road 13; thence northeastwardly, 168.79 feet, along a curve to the left having a chord bearing of north 36 degrees 42 minutes 452 seconds east,  chord distance of 168.73 feet, and a radius of 1860 feet, along said westerly right f way, to a rebar; thence north 64 degrees 46 minutes 36 seconds west, 457.36 to the point of beginning.
