Notice Is Hereby Given, That the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold a Public Hearing on a Petition Filed By Glen Hlutke Requesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the replat of Following Real Estate, Key Number: 005-048-005 located on the east side of 950 E & 645’ west of 975 E in Tippecanoe Twp.
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A trace of land in the southeast quarter of section 12, township 33 north, range 7 east, Tippecanoe Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a railroad spike at the southwest corenr of the southeast quarter of said section 12 being within the right-of-way of County Road 950 East; thence norht 01º01'47" west (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using NAD83 Indiana East coordinate system), along the west line of said southeast quarter nd within said right-of-way, 659.95 feet to a mag nail at the point of beginning also being the northwest corner of the property conveyed to Michael J. Lackey in Document No. 2020071736; thence north 01º01'47" west, along said west line and within said right-of-way, 664.27 feet to the southwest corner of the property conveyed to Allen & Mindy Coblentz in Document No. 2003090417; thence north 89º25'32" east, along the south line of said Coblentz property, 650.31 feet to the northwest corner of the property conveyed to David Lee Meyers in Document No. 2008091253 being 0.8 feet south of a Walker cap in; thence south 01º26'129 east, along the west line of said Meyers property, 662.46 feet to the northeast corner of said Lackey property being 0.4 feet east of a broken cap pin; thence south 89º15'42" west, along the north line of said Lackey property, 655.06 feet to the point of beginning, containing 9.95 acres more or less.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room On Wednesday, April 7, 2021 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
