Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Jason & Lindsay Gergely Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agricultural District to an Agricultural 2 District, The Following Real Estate, located on West Side of 25 W & 600’ North of 350 S Key #: 003-161-003 in Wayne Township.
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
Part of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at a railroad spike found at the southwest corner of the northeast quarter of said Section 32; thence N89º-44’-00”E (adjoiner’s deed bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), on and along the south line of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 32, a distance of 1311.40 feet to a railroad spike found at the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 32; thence N01º-05’-00”E, on and along the east line of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 3, a distance of 663.35 to a P.K. nail found at the northeast corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in document number 2001100816 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana, said P.K ail being at the true point of beginning; thence continuing N01º-05’-00”E, on and along said east line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 25W, a distance of 678.92 feet to a P.K. nail found at the northeast corner of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 32, said P.K. nail being at the southeast corner of a certain 10.000 acre tract of land as recorded in document number 200500006950 in said records; thence S89º-51’-29”W, on and along the north line of the southwest quarter of the northeast of said Section 32, also being on and along the south line of said 10.000 acre tract of land, a distance of 1320.68 free to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped “Walker” found at the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 32, said iron pin also being at the southwest corner of said 10.000 acre tract of land, said iron pin further being situated 8.6 feet north of and 0.6 feet east of a rail iron post found; thence S00º-41’-07”W, on and along the west line of the northeast quarter of said Section 32, a distance of 681.74 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped “Walker” found at the northwest corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in the document number 99-09-1093 in said records, said iron pin being situated N00º-41”-07”E, a distance of 663.25 feet from the southwest corner of the northeast quarter of said section 32; thence N89º-44’-00”E, on and along the north line of said tract of land in document number 99-09-1093 and on and along the north line of a certain tract of land as recorded in document number 2000-01-1269 in said records and on and along the north line of a certain tract of land as recorded in document number 2000-03-1314 in said records and on and along the north line of said tract of land in document number 2001100816, a distance of 1316.01 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 20.586 acres of land, more or less.
This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Agricultural 2 Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, April 7, 2021 At 1:00 P.M.
