Notice is hereby given that the Kosciusko Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on an application filed by Alfano’s Pier & Lift, Brandon Alfano requesting the modifications of restrictive covenants on the following real estate associated to hearings 8514Z and 07001A;
The property in question is on Key Number 005-102-005 more specifically to wit:
Part of the northwest quarter of section 26, township 33 north, range 7 east, more particularly described as follows: A tract of land in the northwest quarter of section 26, township 33 north,r range 7 east, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, beginning at an iron bolt marking the northwest corner of said section and running thence south 201 feet on the section line to a concrete post; thence east 414 feet to an iron pipe on the west right-of-way line of State Road 13; thence North thirty-five degrees west along said right of way line 195.3 feet to a concrete right of way marker; thence northwesterly 47.8 feet to a concrete right of way marker; thence north 22.5 feet to a railroad spike on the north section line; thence west on said section line 260.3 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.62 acres.
Specifically, the request is to allow the removal of the imposed condition #1 Stating that “The real estate shall not be used for any type of outside storage” and subsequently modify the covenants prohibiting outside storage to allow outside storage and display as permitted in a commercial district.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2021 in the Commissioners Meeting Room 3rd Floor County Court House 100 W Center St, Warsaw at 1:00 pm.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Office, 100 W Center St, Rm 303 Warsaw In 46580, no later than 12:00 pm on the day of the hearing.
