Lancers Begin NCCAA Tourney In Dominating Fashion

Freshman Jake Wadding led the winners with 22 points on 10 of 16 shooting with nine rebounds.
Following Wadding in Grace’s balanced attack were a pair of players who notched double-doubles.
Frankie Davidson had 17 points and ten rebounds. Just behind him in the stats was Jakob Gibbs with 15 points and ten boards.
Matt Jennings was also effective with 14 points and eight assists. Also in double figures was senior Haden Deaton with ten points and four rebounds.
The Lancers move on to play the University of Northwestern-St. Paul who narrowly defeated Lancaster Bible College 67-55.
Tip-off for that semifinal matchup is today at 8:45 p.m
Northwestern is seeded fourth in the NCCAA Championship field.
